How do you charge?
A planning fee, quoted upfront before we begin — plus, where relevant, standard commissions from hotels and partners. You always know which is which.
Do I need a membership?
No. Most clients start with a single trip or a single request. If you'd like us on call all year, ask us about becoming a member.
What if something goes wrong mid-trip?
That is exactly when you have us. One message, any hour, and it's ours to solve — the missed flight, the room, the plan B.
